Location of Apartments in Florence

All the rental apartments are located in the historic centre of Florence. The four flats in via dei Servi are just 5 minutes from the Duomo Square and the Medici's Chapels, while the flat in via Pinti is few step from the church of S. Croce. Many of the most important museums are a few blocks ahead: Accademia (Michelangelo's David), S. Marco Convent (Beato Angelico's frescoes), Ospedale degli Innocenti (Brunelleschi and Della Robbia), Archeological Museum, not to speak of the delicious Opificio delle pietre dure - 50 meters from the Accademia - where the antique semi-precious stone inlaid works are shown.
The Congress centre and Fortezza da Basso also are reachable in less than ten minutes by walk. The area is also rich in opportunities during the evening.

- Flats in via dei SERVI: Via dei Servi is one of the most important streets in the very old center of Florence (belonging to the Roman "Castrum"). It connects the Duomo to Piazza Annunziata and the adjoining S. Marco, two of the best-known spots of the town.

- Flat in via PINTI: Via Borgo Pinti is an important street of the old center. Nowadays it connects the "Volto di S. Piero", in proximity of the Duomo, to the outer alleys called Viali, a ring of tree-lined avenues traced in the XIXth century where the old city walls were set. The apartment is set at the crossing with Via dei Pilastri. 200 meters ahead you find S. Croce, world-famous "Basilica" and its interesting district. S. Croce district still is a genuine Florentine neighborhood, featuring small "Trattoria" and classy restaurants, the Flea Market, the Florence Architecture University, leather goods, and so on...

HOW TO GET TO THE APARTMENTS

ARRIVING BY PLANE	ARRIVING BY CAR
Airport From Airport "A Vespucci" or Highway "A1" (Firenze Nord exit): follow the indications for "Centro-Stazione". From Airport "G.Galilei", Firenze-Signa exit: follow for the "Centro-Stazione". From the Airport: every 30 minutes there is a SITA bus that to Santa Maria Novella Central Railway Station. Or take a taxi (20 minutes).	DRIVING TO SERVI The Servi Apartments (Magda, Massimo, Oyster- Arianna, all in the same building , Via de' Servi 42), are set in the restricted area. So, if you are a confident driver, reach Piazzale Donatello ( on the "VIALI" ring that surround the center, everybody will tell you), then follow EXACTLY the light blue line of the map. When you get to Via de' Servi you can go as far as the Via Alfani crossing. Take Via Alfani, then the FIRST NARROW STREET on the left, to the SS. Annunziata Square, then to the left again, and turn into Via de' Servi. Number 42 is on the right side, between the two windows of Robiglio's pastry shop. This way you arrive just in front of number 42 and put your luggage down. To park your car you must go to the Alfani crossing again, then take left (Via Alfani) , then turn right ( Via della Pergola) : this way you drive along the light blue loop ,as done before. When in Via de' Servi, take right (Via del Castellaccio- green line) to the parking area in P.zza Brunelleschi. DRIVING TO PINTI Follow "centro" and try to find the "Viali", a ring of alleys surrounding the old center. Once on the Viali, try to find the famous Piazzale Donatello (spot it on a general map of the town, or ask). Here starts the map we attach to help you through the narrow old streets. So, if you are coming from the north, turn right at the end of the circus, then follow ( or try to do so) the blue line. (If you come from south, turn around the monumental old English cemetery that occupies the center of the Piazzale). As you reach number 53, stop and park on the sidewalk, just the time you need to check-in and put down your luggage, then leave asap. (parking there is strictly forbidden)
