RESERVATION SYSTEM *

Reservation of the accommodation at "In Centro" is made directly to the manager of the apartments following the TERM AND CONDITIONS BELOW:

to confirm the booking an advanced payment of 30% of the entire amount of the rental. (via Bank Swift Transfert or mailed cheque or Credit Card).
The advanced payment will be kept as a deposit for utilities not included in the rate and/or possible damage costs.
The payment of the whole amount will then be done at the check in when you arrive in Florence.
Deposit refunded at the check out, deduct expenses not included in the rate (as heating, cleaning, and so on as stated in the reservation procedure) and possible damage costs.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS

In case of cancellation the deposit of 30% will be kept by "In Centro" in front of the risk of not renting the period cancelled.
If an other reservation replaces the one cancelled, "In Centro" will refund the two thirds of the deposit.
