You don't need to pay in advance, credit card number is only to guarantee your reservation!
Payment will be personally done by you when you arrive here in Florence.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND DISCLAIMERS

It'll be possible to cancel your reservation till 10 days before the arrival day, after that in case of late cancellation following penalties will be applied:

from 10 days to 4 days before check in:
a charge of 1 night
from 3 days before check in to arrival day:
50 % total price
NO SHOW:
100% total price

The penalties will be directly deducted with your credit card number. Guests read and accept all conditions written above.
