located in the centre of Florence, near the station just 20
meters from the Medici Chapel's inside the historical San
Lorenzo district.
From the main Railway Station S. Maria Novella the Hotel Globus
is easy to reach in few minutes by walk: take the left exit
out of the station, take the right and go straight ahead for
200 metres, on your left you will see a square (Piazza dell'Unità)
from where departs Via San Antonino, where the hotel is.
Touristic sight: from its central position, by walking, in
a few minutes you reach all the main monuments and museums
in Florence: Medici Chapel's, the S. Lorenzo market, and S.
Lorenzo Church (20 meters), Santa Novella Church (200 meters),
the Duomo Square (300 meters); the Accademia, Piazza della
Signoria and the Uffizi Galleries, Palazzo Vecchio also are
about ten minutes walk.
Fairs and convention: the main Congress Center and exposition
center Fortezza da Basso are less than ten minutes walk from
the hotel (about 500 meters).
Shopping streets of the centre, via Tornabuoni and via della
Vigna, are also 500 meters ... |

(Firenze Nord exit):
follow the indications for "Centro-Stazione".

Airport "G.Galilei", Firenze-Signa exit:
follow for the "Stazione". Our hotel is near the
central station.
From
the Airport: every 30 minutes there is a SITA bus that to
Santa Maria Novella Central Railway Station.
Or take a taxi (20 minutes).

note that, as we are in the centre of a limited traffic zone,
your reservation confirmation should be shown in case of being
stopped by traffic police.
Follow
indications for CENTRO STAZIONE, once you get to the train
station, turn to the left around PIAZZA DELL'UNITÀ
D'ITALIA (OBELISK); you will find via SANT'ANTONINO.
