Located in the centre of Florence, Palazzo dei Ciompi
is a wonderful architectural work of 19th century today become
a hotel which offers their guests 21 luxury Florence apartments
completely renewed and fully equipped with modern comforts.
The Florentine building, facing the historic Ciompi square
and close to S. Croce, was previously home to the "Accademia
dei Risoluti" which gave birth to the theatre named "Alfieri".
On the main gate still there is an engraving of the "Cavallo
Sfrenato" (the galloping horse) symbol of the "Accademia
dei Risoluti" whose motto was "valoroso destrier
passa e non cura", (brave horse passing without fear).
This residence was realized through a careful renovation of
external and internal spaces together with a wise choise of
furniture and decoratings which create a luxurious and romantic
atmosphere.
In the building there are two modern elevators to get to the
apartments. The residence provides car parking
for about 12 cars and inside there is a reception area to
receive and assist guests.
